Inschrijf- en annuleringsvoorwaarden: 
 
1. Inschrijvingen worden op volgorde van binnenkomst van de betaling behandeld. 
2. De inschrijving is pas definitief als de aanbetaling is ontvangen. 
3. Als datum van inschrijving geldt de datum van betaling. 
4. Er kan alleen deelgenomen worden aan de Dynamic  Dordt Days als het volledige lesgeld     is voldaan voor aanvang van de zomerstage. 
5. Annuleringen dienen altijd schriftelijk per e-mail te geschieden, de datum van  ontvangst van de annulering geldt als annuleringsdatum. 
6.- Bij annulering tot 1 juli 2026 is  € 25,00 verschuldigd. 
-Bij annulering van 1 juli tot 1 augustus 2026 is € 100,00 verschuldigd. 
-Bij annulering vanaf 1 augustus 2026 is volledige bedrag verschuldigd.  
7. Het tarief met korting is alleen van toepassing als de betaling voor 1 juli 2026 is  bijgeschreven op het rekeningnummer van de vereniging. 
8. Deelname aan Dynamic Dordt Days is op eigen risico en de deelnemer dient zelf zorg te dragen voor een ongevallenverzekering. 
9. In alle gevallen van twijfel aangaande bovenstaande punten zal het bestuur van Kunstrijvereniging  De Drechtsteden  Dordrecht een beslissende stem hebben.

Enrollment and cancellation terms: 

1. Enrollments will be processed in order of the arrival of payment. 
2. The enrollment is definitive when the downpayment is received. 
3. The date of enrollment is the date of payment. 
4. Participation in Dynamic Dordt Days is only possible if the complete payment is complete before the start of the summer course. 
5. Cancellations should always be done by e-mail, the date of cancellation is the date the e-mail  is received. 
6. In case of cancellation up to July 1, 2026, €25.00 is due. 
-In case of cancellation from July 1 to August 1, 2026, €100.00 is due. – 
-In case of cancellation from August 1,2026, the full amount is due. 
7. The discounted fee is only applicable if the payment is received by the club before the 1st of  July 2026. 
8. Participation in Dynamic Dort Days is at own risk and the participant has to take care of its  own insurance. 
9. In all disputes regarding the prior terms, the board of Figure Skating Club De Drechtsteden  Dordrecht will have the deciding vote.
